Hi strangers. My name is Sarah. I have an art degree and I did nothing with it and now I cook a bunch and take pics.

      Oh thank you! I love fermented food stuffs (kimchi & kombucha on the top of the list), and I wouldn’t ever turn away a good piece of freshly felted wool. Do you make your own felted delights? SAY YES. (Sorry, I got excited.)

      1. Sarah, I do make felted things! I’m learning to needle felt and it is so much fun! I also make kimchi, kombucha and many other fermented wonderfuls. 😀 Nice to meet you and your blog!!

    1. Have you checkout out the Perfect Health Diet, Janet? He has excellent weight loss recommendations. But, for me, it all boiled down to: calorie counting and lots of exercise.

      I really, really, love international food. So much fun to seek out new ingredients and learn about new cultures.

  3. Not sure how old you are, but your penchant for lots of salt is not good. Even if you’re young, sodium causes you to bloat. I like your recipes and ideas, despite your salty advice that runs through your blog.
